Rub two to three drops of oil onto the area using counter-clockwise circles for 60 seconds. How often you use it depends on your product: use Joint Relief and Muscle Ease once or twice a day, Hypo Thyra every morning, and Mind Calm every evening. Use this product only on your skin.
